This property is located near Thomaston, Marengo Co. AL. One of the most desired hunting area in Alabama. This 400 +/- acres has two parcels. One parcel is 20 +/- acres there is a nice camp with a nice back porch and 2 car carport overlooking 3 acres of green field that during hunting season you can sit on the back porch and see lots of deer and turkeys. The camp is on paved Meadowlark Rd. I personally have turkey hunted this property several times and every time I went I would hear at least 6 to 8 turkeys gobble, as many as 12 to 15 turkey gobble in the morning s.
