The laundry is located off the hallway leading to the primary suite. The primary bathroom has a bathtub, shower, two vanities and a separate toilet area. The suite is very spacious with a seating area, walk in closet, wood burning fireplace, windows and private screened in covered porch. Above the master is an amazing studio loft with beautiful beams, lots of windows, skylights, a half bathroom and a lot of storage room. The two car heated garage was built in 1997. It's oversized and has room for their current woodworking area in the back as well as a utility sink. Above the garage is an ADU with a kitchen bar area, bathroom with a shower and storage room. The house sits on one acre with big mature Aspen and Pine trees. Lots of different wildlife visit this property including, deer, fox, bobcats, turkeys and lots of other birds. The property owners have access to the Mineral Farms ponds for fishing and relaxing. Guests are welcome as well but must be accompanied by the property owner.
