Developers: this is, without a doubt, the best parcel to have in the Ropesville area. Numerous developments have sprung up in the immediate vicinity, and yet none of them have this amount of paved access (FM 41 AND FM 168). It is relatively flat and has minimal flood area. It has excellent access, as it is only 0.3 miles to Ropesville and .4 miles to 62/82-- and 15-20 minute drive to Lubbock, TX (population of 260, 993). Ropesville, Texas has exploded with residential developments as more folks are seeking to live "out in the country", with a desire to have more space (2-10 acre lots), yet still want an easy commute to Lubbock Texas for jobs, shopping, dining, etc. As Lubbock expands, more and more folks are looking outside city limits to build and call home.
