Off Grid & adventurous living awaits at the Clearwater Mountain Lodge! Located at Mile Post 82.2 Denali Highway, Alaska and sprawled along just over 11 acres this complete package consists of a gas station/shop, campground with bathroom and showers, airstrip, cabins and main lodge with dining room and a commercial kitchen.You'll be awestruck by the view, facing Clearwater Mountain and surrounded by the Alaska and Talkeetna mountain ranges, with the Windy Creek valley and the Susitna River nearby. The lodge is "off-grid" & self-contained with generators for electricity, on site septic system, and a well for water. Satellite Internet & TV available to stay connected. The lodge has operated as a bed-and-breakfast but could easily function as a large family homestead/estate. There's a campground, lodge rooms with shared bathrooms, and cabin style rooms and suites. Accessible in the summer via a well-maintained gravel highway. Road maintenance ends on October 15 with the lodge being accessible via snowmachine or dog sled in the winter. The lodge has been operated seasonally, but could be a year round home. Recreational activities include wildlife viewing, flight sightseeing tours, ATV excursions, birdwatching, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, snow machining, cross country skiing, backcountry snowboarding, and fat tire biking.
