Lambert High School9

Suwanee, GA | Forsyth County

This school is full of parents that will tell you it is the greatest school in the country. Sadly, the reality is quite different. The parents treat others very poorly at all events and they try to see who has the newest car or purse. The moms are very in to themselves and really don't seem to realize their children are out of control. The drug use is the highest among all the high schools in the area. I pulled my child and went private due to he kind of people that go to Lambert. I would caution you to get the real story before you would ever send your child here.

Awesome school. Challenging and supportive environment. Parent of two grads. Both well prepared for college (UGA and Vanderbilt).

Lambert is a very good school with parents who care about their kids education and are actively involved.

We moved from Gwinnett County trying to escape the over-development in that county and can't believe we're in the same situation again! Simply put, the school is not keeping up with the growth in the area. I was shocked in a recent school visit to see more trailers than ever before, hallways so crowded I could barely move during class changes, and classes with not a desk or chair to spare. My worry is that this overcrowding is creating an environment that's not conducive to individualized attention to students by teachers and more students will fall through the cracks as a result.

Agree with Aug. 21, '13 post. Also, if your child makes one silly mistake the administration does everything they can, honestly or not, to get rid of them, so unless your child is mistake free, buyer beware! After discovering this, my child did much better elsewhere.

It's really a sad fact that this is one of the best public schools in georgia. First of all the school has an unofficial policy that if your not talented or gifted at something you won't fit in in this school. Athletics are emphasized way to much and when your put in support classes the teachers are horrible the kids dont want to learn and there's almost no support. If your not very talented or gifted at something you won't fit in at this school.

Lambert is the best. It starts with the Principal on down. Dr. Davison is a dedicated educator who makes sure he has the best teacher in his school. His vision for Lambert from the beginning was for this school to be the best. They are well on their way to being that. My daughter graduated in 2012. All you need to do is visit this school and you will see why these students, teachers and parents LOVE it there.

Love this school. Administrators, teachers and students all shoot for the stars! All of this in just a few short years. Lots of clubs, sports and other ways for kids to get involved.

Wonderful..this is simply a great school. The students want to go to school. They are encouraged to participate and create afterschool clubs. Most of my child's teachers are really good. Some are still young and trying to figure things out. But the teachers are always available for the students. We are very happy with the school.

Simply a great school. Awesome teachers & administrators, good school spirit, great athletic teams, etc. The list could go on and on. Amazing how much this school has achieved in the 2+ years that it has been open. We have a son graduating this year from Lambert and can honestly say that he has received a first-rate high school education.
