Standards have fallen down the drain since Amy Gluk took over as the Principal and hired a bunch of nonchalant, unqualified, inexperienced new teachers fresh out of college. School policies are not transparent and Amy Gluck stonewalls very well. That the only attribute! Teachers are a drag and is not a good influence on kids. Would highly recommend not to invest your hard earned money and buy home here. Go to Tripp (much better)!!

a wonderful school where the teachers truly care about each and every student!! Both of my children had great experiences there.

Not a good school for children who are in need of special help. Very hard to get approved for special help! Must retain a lawyer to get anywhere!

Not terribly fond of the principal nor the superintendent. They are not very parent friendly and have found on several occassions (and across multiple families) that you have to fight for special needs (ADHD, learning disabilities, etc). They do attract excellent teachers (although I have found the best ones don't stay long). It has a strong PTO program with a very active parent base.

Parent involvement isvery high, the school requires it to be as such. Homework level very high from 3rd grade on, kids have more than the average from what we have heard from parents with kids in other schools in the district. Very safe school, in great area, in a nice neighborhood. Not very racially diverse.
