Description

The following terms and rules will be incorporated into the final lease agreement: Renter's Insurance: Tenant(s) are required to obtain and maintain a renter's insurance policy with a minimum of $100, 000 in personal liability coverage for the duration of the lease term. Proof of insurance, such as the declaration page, must be provided to the Landlord prior to move-in. Tenant(s) agree to provide updated proof of insurance upon request and acknowledge that failure to maintain the required insurance may result in termination of the lease agreement.
