Originally founded in 1969, the Chadds Ford Barn Shops is a quaint village of historic buildings and community-based businesses in the heart of Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. Four buildings composed of commercial, retail, and residential spaces allow for a variety of tenants to utilize the space while attracting a crowd to linger and visit all of the shops. Comprised of 11 units spread over four buildings, Chadds Ford Barn Shops has three apartments and eight commercial spaces on 1.42 acres. Building 400 houses two apartments and two commercial spaces – currently a yoga studio and an event space. Building 500 currently is currently occupied by a medical spa and a cafe. Building 600 is a stand alone commercial space – currently a florist. Building 100 houses three commercial spaces and an apartment – currently a retail store and porch cafe. All units are currently rented. On site parking is plentiful.
