Background There’s no minimum credit score requirement. However, applications will be denied if either of the following applies: There are judgments from previous landlords or utility companies. You have malicious felony convictions within the last 3 years. Income Household income must be at least 1.5× the monthly rent. Proof of income is required and is verified via Paysource screening. Identity Verification All applicants must meet in person—for showings, lease-signings, or key pickup. Identity is verified using a biometric-based ID verify program to confirm that you are who your ID indicates. All adults in the household must submit to screening.
