Big Island Pond Waterfront Seasonal rental. Starting October 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024 landlord is flexible on move in and move out dates. Log home with gorgeous view of the main lake. Open living area with sliders leading to deck and water. 1st floor primary bedroom with one bedroom and den/office upstairs. Landlord will supply basic cable(phone-wifi) if the tenant wants upgraded cable tenant will be responsible for the difference. Landlord will be pay up to $200.00 a month for propane but anything over the $200.00 a month the tenant will be responsible for the difference. Tenant will be responsible for snow removal. $250.00 cleaning fee is due at the end of lease. House is fully furnished - tenant will be responsible to bring their own bath towels and bed sheets(linens not included). 1st months rent ($3, 500.) & security deposit ($3, 500.00) are due at signing of lease agreement. Credit check, back ground check and references for all occupants over 18 years of age are required. Tenant is responsible for the Electric-Propane Gas(Heat-see above) and snow removal. The tenant has no right to sub-let the property or use the property as an AirBNB. No pets No smoking or vaping in the house/building.
