Plantings +/-250 acres are planted to Golden Hills variety pistachios on North American UCB1 Clones. Trees were planted in 2015 at 19′ x 15′ spacing. Water The property is in the Westlands Water District and part of the Westlands Water District GSA. It holds full Westlands Water District rights. Water is supplied by one (1) - 2, 700 GPM, 2, 115 ft. Ag well, drilled in 2009. Additionally, two (2) Westlands meters are connected to the filter station. Soil The property features +/-100% Grade 1 - Excellent soils. Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) requires groundwater basins to be sustainable by 2040. SGMA requires a Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) by 2020. Said plans may limit ground water pumping.
