This park model is set up on site 6 in the main campground, Oak Lake Campground. The seasonal site rent for this site is $3, 150.00 plus electric. As you walk through the patio door you enter the front living room. The front living room has a sofa sleeper and glider rocker with foot stool that faces the entertainment center/hutch. As you go towards the rear of the park model, there is a table with 4 chairs and the kitchen on the left. The kitchen has a microwave, residential size refrigerator and range. Around the corner on the right side is the residential bath. In the rear of the park model is a queen size bed with closet, chest of drawers and TV shelf. Above the kitchen and bath room is a loft that has plenty of room for the kids or grandkids! This park model has ducted AC and a ducted furnace. There is also two ceiling fans. There is a deck and hard awning to sit out on and under while you enjoy the "lake life". Screen has been added for more privacy.
