Extra Nice waterfront lot in an airpark community in superb South Carolina airpark community. This lot fronts on the pretty community pond. Views from the lot are of the pond, the soothing water fountain in the pond, and the community pavilion that is on the lot across the pond. Because the pavilion is on the lot across the pond, no hangar or home will be built on that lot allowing the owners to keep a fair view of the runway air traffic. The lot has been kept clean of undergrowth and brush growth leaving some nice large trees that will provide shade for the future home on the lot.
