I'm a friendly little home. I have been gutted down to the studs and remodeled. I have new drywall, paint, flooring, plumping, electric, newer windows and I feature a tankless water heater and heated bathroom floors. I may be small little home but I'm efficient. I also have 2.5 garage for you to store your vehicles in and room to park an RV or your toys on the side. I'm close to shopping and an easy walk to the post office, grocery, hardware or even a causal stroll around town. Mayville is nice little community. It's an easy commute to Caro. Lapeer and even Saginaw. You are only 30 minute from Frankenmuth too. So you are close to all those fun events. You really need to come out and check me out.
