I understand this isn't the largest house on the block, but the views are the best, on the widest part of the lake, and the sunsets are worth it alone! If you're looking for a lake house to stay inside and not enjoy the water, this may not be the home for you. It has three bedrooms and two nice sized baths, with an open floorplan. It also has a great laundry room and TONS of parking. A two-car garage can hold as many lake toys as you'll probably ever want. The boardwalk out front will take you to some of the best places on the lake. A private courtyard in the back is great for private conversations and a quieter evening. An expansive deck overlooking the lake is where you may spend most of your time and if you prefer to be even closer to the water, enjoy the hangout space on your private dock, complete with a boat lift and separate jet ski lift. The house was built in direct line with the garage to allow for an easy addition, should that you be your wish. This is truly a place to create memories and enjoy the lake life.
