There is a bedroom and full bath on this floor. Upstairs find a large ensuite bedroom that opens to private deck that provides panoramic ocean views. Also on this upper floor are two additional bedrooms and a full bath. The cottage is tastefully decorated. Popcorn ceilings have been removed. Each owner has two storage lockers, a wooden one in the ground level entry hall and a large locker in the garage. Owners may bring their pets and weeks may be rented. The owner weeks rotate forward each year and owners often trade weeks. This unit is segment 7. 2026 weeks are: 3/27, 5/1, 7/31, 10/23, 1/22. Occasionally the calendar will provide a two week stay. House may be seen on turnover day, Fridays, 10-4.
