This unit is located in a lovely building on the water, in a great boating community, situated on a wide canal with access to Naples Bay and beautiful sunsets every evening. There are even kayaks provided, if one should desire to use them. Ample common area for enjoying the sunsets with a fire pit and bbq, as well as space on the dock to sit or fish. This is a second flooor unit with no direct water views. Ample parking for one or two vehicles, if parked in tandem. The location is a short bike ride or walk over the bridge to Tin City.
