Looking for a lot with a well? This well is new, electric close by, fenced on three sides, located in what I call the Newberry Springs Ranch area. A group of 2.14 acre lots between the I-15 and I-40, Rt 66 runs aside the I-40 frwy. Both Frwys are major, however this is a small community with a solor plant, Farming of Pistachio's , pomegranate and livestock.
