BR 1 is just off the kitchen, with a queen bed, screened porch & private bath w/jetted tub. BR 2 is near the front of the house with queen bed, sitting room & an outside entrance. BR's 3 & 4 are on the second floor along with bath 2 which includes a tub/shower. BR 3 contains 2 twin beds plus 1 full; BR 4 contains 2 full beds-one with a trundle. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer & plenty of cabinetry. Unit 2 description: The main living area has a queen pull out sofa, 2 chairs, 2 dressers, end table, lamps and wall-mounted TV. There is a separate kitchen area with sink, garbage disposal, refrigerator and a small table with seating for 3. Countertop appliances include cook plate, oven, toaster and microwave. The bath features a tiled shower, sink, toilet and electric hot water Reni unit. Stairs lead to an encapsulated loft. Exterior amenities: A 6’-tall vinyl fence with lighting surrounds the rear of the property, with a 3’-tall vinyl fence on both sides of the front of the property. Access to the property is through a 4’ x 8’ x 4’ high vinyl gate and a 4’x 4’ single gate with brick planters on each side of the gate. The property has expanded parking for 3 cars across the front of the property, with additional parking further up the driveway in front of the 10’x24’ one car garage. The garage is positioned on top of pavers, and features ample storage. The garage is not a permanent structure, and could be potentially moved/removed. As you approach the rear of the property, there is decking along the left side leading to the pool house. An outside shower is attached to unit 2 and has a tile floor, dressing area and 2 shower heads; 1 for adults and 1 for youth. In between units 1 and 2 is a 12’x 24’ above ground pool. This pool could easily be removed. In the rear of the property outside of Unit 2 is a commercial two tub sink unit connected to cold water only, as well as a squirrel house and feeder. A hot tub hookup is on the driveway side of the main house. The security system consists of a ring doorbell camera, with cameras monitoring the exterior. A security light is installed on the pole behind the mailbox. It is rented from Delmarva Power at a charge of $15.00/month. The C-1 zoning allows many different commercial uses and with the two separate units, you can live in one and use the 2nd for a rental or business. Outside the city limits of Rehoboth but within walking distance to everything, don't let this one get away!
