Washer and dryer will remain, so you’ll never have to fight for a machine or haul baskets down the hall. Inside you'll be surrounded by recessed lighting throughout. Some enhancements are newer shower, newer ceiling fans, painted walls, newer garbage disposal, newer toilet in the downstairs bathroom as well as newer fridge and microwave. The complex is also pet friendly. You'll love the lighting from the recessed lights. Though it shows as 2 bathrooms, there is an additional 1/4 bathroom upstairs. Parking is a breeze, with one assigned space and the possibility to arrange for a second. Guests will feel welcome, and you’ll never have to stress about finding a spot.Living here, you’re just a short drive (about 10 minutes) to Cabrillo Beach—the perfect place for sandy toes, sunrises, or a sunset stroll. Marina life, the harbor, and waterfront dining are all within easy reach, making weekends feel like a vacation.And when you want to stay close to home?
