Double the Laundry, we have double the connections. There are washer & dryer connections in the carport storage room but there are also connections in the house. There is a double carport attached and there is an extra parking pad in the front as well. Nice covered patio area, very private from all neighbors, great for outdoor entertaining. Large fenced yard w/ storage building. Electronic Thermostat can stay if buyer wants. Inside is fresh with new flooring, fresh paint. Front living area could be a formal dining if that's your style. There is a smaller eating area beside the kitchen. The kitchen has 2-single wall ovens, double door refrigerator, electric cooktop. Dishwasher was a gift so it has been removed. Great storage in the kitchen with 2 pantry spaces. The back den is very nice size with access to backyard, a fireplace, half-bath attached w/ 2nd washer & dryer connections. 3 roomy bedrooms share a hall bath that has 2 sinks. Bedrooms all have good sized closets. One of the bedrooms still had carpet, it was bad, so it has been removed, tack strip & all.
