Secured building entrance, door to unit is down a short flight of stairs, so front (where bedrooms are) is partially below grade but then the back side where the covered patio and outside storage closet are, is at grade. The 1 assigned parking spot #1 is just to the left of the front stairs to the building, the one garage parking spot is in the shared 2 car garage to the right of the building entrance, unit has all hard surface flooring except for newer carpet in the large spare bedroom, huge primary bedroom has lots of closet space in the updated dressing area with sink and shower bath, big kitchen with lots of cabinets, and a breakfast bar, nice appliances however the trash compactor DOES NOT work and will not be repaired, dining area could easily be a nice study, living room that opens to patio is of nice size and will not easily be dwarfed by furniture, washer dryer which remain with the unit is located in the hallway by the bedrooms but are not warranted, other updates include water heater 2014, HVAC 7 years, electric panel 2017, HOA includes pool, use of clubhouse which has a full kitchen, trash, water, sewer, snow removal/salting, hazard ins., landscaping, pet allowed, not currently FHA approved, 30 minutes to WPAFB and WSU, 15 minutes to UD, 5 minutes to Dayton Mall, I 75 and I 675
