The house maintains the style of the 1860, while incorporating modern amenities like central heating and air conditioning. You will have the use of the trails that run through the rear of the property and the lakeside lot. Around the house are picnic tables, a campfire ring, and enough room for volleyball, badminton or horseshoes. Lawn care, water, trash and utilities included in rent. Short Term Rental only - Rental available August 24, 2025 up to June 21, 2026. However, you may choose to continue with a 20-month rental, but you will need to find other accommodations, for two months during the summer months, (June 22 - August 23).
